Seriake Dickson Gives Wole Soyinka An Ijaw War Canoe, Makes Him An Ambassador

Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson, on Saturday afternoon, conferred Nigeria's only Nobel laureate, Mr Wole Soyinka with an Honorary Education Ambassadorship.
